A training in the speech arts of storytelling, poetry recitation and acting
Founded in 1970 as The London School of Speech Formation, now based in Sussex, Artemis School of Speech and Drama is a professional training in the performing arts of storytelling and poetry recitation as well as drama.
Artemis Mission
To awaken the creativity in each student and at the same time offering the practical techniques for its realisation.
Artemis vision
'A theatre of the imagination' incorporating the art of the word. An inclusive theatre that embraces the whole tradition from Aeschylus to the soap opera, from Shakespeare to modern mystery drama. A vision that confers dignity and respect to the profession of the actor.

Once again Artemis is pleased to announce that all students taking the Trinity Guildhall ATCL and LTCL examinations passed with flying colours.
